Whether this cohort is free of medical, neurological and psychiatric conditions. Derived, not extracted: code sets it from medical_condition, so it cannot disagree with it.
True when the group records no condition, or records only an assertion of absence ("no neurological or psychiatric disorder", "healthy controls"). False when any entry is a condition. Unset when medical_condition was never extracted -- that is not a healthy cohort, it is an unread one.
Derived rather than asked because the source's own wording does not settle it: the addiction and obesity literature says "healthy" to mean free of comorbidity.
