Enum: LicenseId

The terms a licence grants. A value annotated redistributable lets the text it covers be passed on verbatim with attribution: every Creative Commons licence, including ND, because converting a format to text is a change CC 4.0 2(a)(4) allows, and NC, because neurostore's use is non-commercial. That reading of ND and NC is this project's policy, not legal advice, and no lawyer has confirmed it.
