Enum: ResultKind¶
The kind of analysis a result came from, coarse enough to read from a table or a sentence. An analysis the record models in full states its method in details and its test in Effect.kind; this is the label for a coordinate set either way. Open vocabulary.
Permissible Values¶
| Value | Meaning | Description |
|---|---|---|
| contrast | None | Conditions, groups or tasks compared (A > B, patients > controls) |
| association | None | Signal varying with a continuous variable: a correlation, a parametric modula... |
| multivariate | None | Decoding, searchlight, classifier weights, representational similarity |
| morphometric | None | A structural effect -- volume, thickness, density, shape |
| lesion | None | Lesion locations, or lesion-symptom and lesion-network mapping |
| connectivity | None | Regions whose connectivity with a seed is the finding |
